Roy, along with Tim Hartnett and Skip Smithson, will be the featured artists for the Plattsburgh Cumberland Bay Barber Shoppers annual show, "Name That Tune." Charlie Stone will Emcee the show and there will also be special guests, The Plattsburgh Middle School Chorus, and honored guests, The North Country Honor Flight.
