Hi Folks. A beautiful October day here in the Adirondacks, and the colors have settled in to a burnt orange with some cool yellows. Very beautiful. I had some wonderful performances this summer. Got to be with Meadow Merry and Frank Orsini at Caffè Lena and Jay Village Green. Always two of my favorite concerts. Getting to perform with Meadow is beyond words. All the outdoor playing I did this summer was lots of fun. Thanks for being out there to hear me. At the beginning of this month, I did a cool concert at Bluseed Studios in Saranac Lake. It was a small but tremendously appreciative crowd. Frank Orsini joined me and was playin' hot as always. I just got back from my recording workshop in Nashville. My friend Mark Elliott is a wonderful teacher and got me up to speed with digital software and editing. I can't wait to get set up here in Lake Clear and start recording some new music. I am gonna do one more big recording project in Nashville in January. My nephew Tully Kennedy and I are gonna produce it, and Amy and I have written a few songs together for the project. I wrote one of the songs with Meadow, and she will sing with me again on this new CD. I love her voice harmonizing with mine. Nothin' like family harmony! Sky Rider, my tribute CD for my friend Charlie, is finished. It will be out in a couple weeks and I am searching for a venue, close to home, to do a CD release concert. Check the website for scheduling on that. It was a bittersweet project, but I love it, and I hope you folks will also. I had the honor of being invited to perform with Chris Shaw and Bridget Ball in their Mountain Snow and Mistletoe Christmas concert in Troy NY. Very cool! Of course, our LPCA Christmas show with Peggy Lynn, Dan Duggan and Frank Orsini will be a pleasure for me to be a part of again this year. Sadly, Meadow will not be at that concert. Keep checking the website; there will be a link for info on my schedule page for both of those shows. Life continues to move like the seasons. Round We Go Round. Hope life is good and that you are all healthy and happy. Hope to see you out there this winter at one of my concerts. Till then, take care. Amy says hey. Love from here in Lake Clear.
